Mother/Hood
Finding identity, community and sanity as a new(-ish) mom.
Mother/Hood is women-centered group coaching for those looking to better integrate motherhood into their multi-dimensional lives.

Mother/Hood Program Details
This sh*t is hard. Rewarding and worth it? Absolutely. Disorienting and at times overwhelming? Absolutely.
But the more we share, support each other, and actively choose ourselves, the better it can be.
Who is this for?
Any new(-ish) mom with young kids - age 0-5 - ready to explore your identity, reclaim your ambition, find clarity, dial up joy and take positive actions towards your sublime Future You - regardless of the banana smears on your shirt.
Whether you're still on maternity leave, recently transitioned back to work, or finding yourself in the great In Between zone, this program is for you.
What is it?
Over the course of four weeks together, we’ll explore big topics like identity, core values, career, mom rage, and the futures we’re creating. We’ll define practical actions and mindset shifts that will dial up balance, alignment, personal agency and inspiration. You'll gain tools, resources, and the crew needed to truly flourish in this beautifully chaotic era.
The Vibe?
Real. Constructive. Loving. Occasionally messy. Hopefully funny.
How does it work?
We meet for an hour once a week for 4 weeks. Each week features a specific topic.
When is it?
Fridays in March (March 6, 13, 20, 27) from 11am-12pm. Sign up by Tuesday March 3!
Where is it?
Waking Dreams Studio (Hackney) for IRL groups.
How much does it cost?
Now just £100 for the full 4-week program. This includes the four live 60 minute sessions, with weekly custom worksheets.
You can opt to add on a 1:1 coaching session with me for £150 (a £250 value) to have either during the program or within 3 months following, based on your headspace and preference.
Sliding scale available - just ask!
Can I BYOB?
Feel free to Bring Your Own Baby, though you may prefer to be babe-free to really give yourself the space (and use of both hands!) when possible.

Why Mother/Hood?
The ultimate vision for creating this program:
To better understand the full scope of what we went through - physically, psychologically, emotionally, existentially- and are going through now in becoming mothers. Feeling our way through the foggy woods of it all together - to reorient. And when and if this transition ever ends?
To learn to center ourselves again. Not suggesting we lose focus of our new family priorities - but rather to grow even beyond that and find balance in a bigger scope of self. With this, the understanding that to fully explore and care for ourselves (to seek joy, healing, pleasure and growth in our daily lives) also gives us the best shot of having healthy, well-adjusted kids and loving, sustainable relationships. We model for them how to live and how to love. After all, it’s said that a mother‘s happiness is the number one indicator of a happy family. Yikes but also yessssss.
To find a dynamic, supportive and inspiring community of people who have gone through similar things; and also aspire to live more purposeful, joyful lives. When called to help, we show up for each other.
To collectively rebel against the status quo of modern motherhood; which has countless conflicting messages and negative connotations concerning our relevance and power as both people and professionals once becoming a mom (e.g. “mom brain,” “mom jeans,” “looking mumsy,” or being seen as less than for working part time or needing to be out for school pick up, etc). To ultimately reclaim / rewrite the reality: moms are supremely bad ass. To wear the badge of motherhood is to hold the highest mark of human capability and tenacity. And when backed by a fiercely unwavering network of fellow mothers - we are absolutely un-f*cking-stoppable.

The sessions gave me space to reflect, reconnect with myself, and navigate this season of life with a little more clarity and compassion . I always felt seen, heard, and supported—not just as a mother, but as a woman. I especially loved the mix of honest conversation, practical tools, and meaningful reflection.
I loved our one-to-one session. You asked the right questions, held space when I needed it, and gently guided me toward the answers that were already within me.
Thank you for creating such a safe and nourishing space—I’m walking away with more confidence, perspective, and peace.

Working with Jules pulled a lot out of me that I have forgotten. Was a way to confront the obstacles in my way and make a plan to tackle them. Since taking the course I feel lighter and more motivated!🙏

What an incredible experience! Jules, you are the most committed, present and inspiring coach and you created such a meaningful and magical experience at this hugely transitional and complex moment in my life.
Thank you for your vision and your amazing energy, which I felt was both reassuring and deeply caring, and simultaneously so REAL and profoundly motivational. You prompted me to reflect on, and intentionally think through and shape, what I am currently navigating.
You are able to keep the specificity of the individual experience while also reminding us of the power of this collective experience. All with levity and a hilarious sense of humour. Also: you have a true gift in bringing together badass women! Such a brilliant community to be part of, I hope we can all continue to stay in touch.

I felt heard and seen by Jules, and she gave me the tools and language I would not have thought of otherwise to use to work through my new journey as a mother and how I navigate my career with this new identity.
You are a gift.

Jules’ sessions allowed me to expand on realisations that had been bubbling inside me since becoming a mother 6 years ago. So much that goes unsaid! I now have a greater understanding and appreciation of the vast changes in my life since entering matresence.
I also really appreciated the safe community of this gathering with other mothers in similar positions, hearing their perspectives.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course; not only were Jules’ materials and words insightful, asking poignant questions, she also held the space beautifully. I felt trust, non-judgement and a forward momentum in the sessions.
